You’ve just lost your job.  You’re hurting !  Sometimes it helps to have another human being  simply listen to your story.  Our experienced consultants are experts at supporting, coaching, motivating, and showing individuals how to manage their careers and cope with change.  We encourage you to use this time to self-assess and redefine career goals to  move forward with improved clarity and enthusiasm.  We show you how to turn negatives into positives.

Our Process

We listen to you.  We then customise an approach that is appropriate to your particular situation. This is not a one-glove fits all program. We specialise in customising practical support for each individual.

• Self- Assessment and setting new career goals
• Clarifying a new career direction
• Preparing a Career Action Plan
• Developing Job Search Skills and Strategies
• Preparing self-marketing material including resumes, cover letters and job applications
• Interview and networking skills and learning to access the hidden job market
• Negotiating and accepting job offers and applying for Internal promotions
• Building self-esteem and career confidence

Fees

Our professional fees for Job & Career Coaching will be charged out in 60 minute blocks and can be tailored to incorporate whatever components you decide are relevant to your specific requirements.

A one hour face-to-face session is $220.00 (inclusive of GST)
A one hour telecoaching session is $180.00 (inclusive of GST)
